How I work
Talk to the people doing the work, follow the flow end to end and find where it gets stuck, exceptions included.
Design the workflow, clarify the rules and choose tools that fit the existing environment. Then build.
Test with real cases, follow actual use and help people work with the solution. Delivery is not the end.

Read the noteI studied Industrial Engineering at UFTM and completed postgraduate studies in Software Engineering. I have worked in technology at Accenture since 2021.
Before that, I worked in P&G research and development in the UK and in the junior enterprise movement. I studied at London South Bank University and joined programmes at the universities of Illinois and Pittsburgh.
I led curation at TEDx UFTM, helping ten speakers prepare their talks, and was a ProLíder fellow at Instituto Four. Outside work: classical music, meditation and a soft spot for well-built things.
